Professional Bartenders
Courteous and polished staff trained to keep lines short during peak cocktail hour rushes. We also supply dedicated barbacks for busy receptions.

Collaborative menu design featuring personalized drinks that represent the couple, with exact ingredient shopping calculations.
Hydration Stations
Self-service water, lemonade, and iced tea setups to keep guests comfortable, served from elegant mobile bar rentals.
Toast Coordination
Tray-passed champagne or cider service prepared for your toast timeline. Our professional waitstaff can assist with all reception dinner service.
Setup and Teardown
Complete cooling of beverages, bar organizing, and cleaning of the bar area at closing.
Wedding Bartending Pricing
4-hour minimum per bartender. Setup and cleanup time are added as 30 minutes or 1 hour if needed. Signature cocktail consultation included free with bartender booking. Clients provide alcohol.

When should we book our wedding bar service?
We recommend booking 6 to 9 months in advance, especially for popular Southern California wedding seasons (spring and autumn). This ensures date availability and allows ample time to customize your menu and complete your beverage calculations.
Can you help customize signature cocktails for our wedding?
Yes. Creating signature cocktails is included in our consultation process. We help you design drinks that reflect your preferences, favorite spirits, and wedding theme (learn more in our signature cocktails planning guide), and we provide the exact shopping list quantities for the ingredients.
Do you provide water and non-alcoholic drinks for the reception?
Yes. We can set up hydration stations featuring fruit-infused water, iced tea, and lemonade to keep guests refreshed. We can also provide hot coffee and tea stations for the dessert portion of the evening.
What wedding hospitality support do you offer beyond bartending?
We provide professional servers to manage dinner service, clear plates, handle tray-passed champagne, and support general setup and teardown. Does our venue need to provide anything for the bar?
The venue needs to supply a flat, shaded setup area for the bar, access to clean drinking water, and standard electricity if you have added coffee stations or decorative lighting. We provide all secondary bar tools and coordinate setup logistics.
How much does a wedding bartender cost?
Wedding bartenders are $45 per hour per bartender with a 4-hour minimum, and barbacks or reception servers are $40 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. Signature cocktail consultation is included free with bartender booking, and setup/cleanup time can be added as 30 minutes or 1 hour.
