What roles can your event staff handle?
Our team handles complete front-of-house event services. This includes certified waitstaff and food servers for table or buffet service, professional barbacks to assist bartenders, tabletop or mobile bar setups, and setup/teardown helpers. We do not cook or prepare food, but we manage all hospitality logistics.
How is staff attire handled?
Our standard uniform is professional black-on-black or white-on-black hospitality attire, ensuring a polished appearance appropriate for weddings, corporate meetings, and upscale private events. We can adapt to themed or casual attire for backyard events by request.
How many servers or barbacks do I need?
For buffet food service, we suggest 1 server per 25 to 30 guests; for plated dinners, 1 server per 15 to 20 guests. For bar support, we generally suggest 1 barback for every 2 bartenders, or 1-to-1 for custom cocktail setups. KBS staff are trained professionals who operate under our direct oversight. All team members are covered by our worker's compensation and general liability insurance, ensuring full compliance and protection for your venue and guests.
How much does event staffing cost?
Event staffing rates are based on your total staff count, guest volume, service hours, venue location, and package details. Because every event requires a different mix of bartenders, servers, and barbacks, we provide custom packages.
