100-Guest Private Party in San Diego
For a 100-guest private party in San Diego, a quote may include one or more bartenders at $45 per hour with a 4-hour minimum, plus any added setup or cleanup time if needed.
If the event needs waitstaff or barback support, those services are added separately at their hourly rates ($40 per hour with a 4-hour minimum).
Clients provide alcohol. Travel fees may apply depending on venue distance and parking access.
150-Guest Wedding Reception in Orange County
A 150-guest wedding reception quote typically includes 2 bartenders at $45/hr (4-hour minimum each) and 1 barback at $40/hr (4-hour minimum) for dedicated glass and restock support.
Signature cocktail consultation is included free with bartender booking. Setup and cleanup time can be added as 30 minutes or 1 hour at each role's hourly rate.
Clients supply all alcohol. Travel and parking fees depend on venue location and loading access.
75-Guest Corporate Mixer in Los Angeles
A 75-guest corporate mixer quote includes 1 bartender at $45 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. COI / insurance documentation is available when required starting at $88.67. Contract and invoice details are handled during the booking process.
If setup or cleanup assistance is required before or after service hours, 30 minutes or 1 hour can be added at $45/hr.
Company or host provides the alcohol. Travel fee of 1 hour or more may apply for downtown LA loading and parking.
Backyard Birthday Party with Beer and Wine Service
For a backyard birthday party, service includes 1 bartender at $45 per hour with a 4-hour minimum for pouring beer, wine, and simple beverages.
Clients can add a portable mobile bar setup starting at $150 plus delivery fee if no built-in patio bar is available.
Host provides all beer, wine, and mixers. Setup and cleanup time are added at the $45/hr bartender rate if requested.
Wedding Reception with Full Bar, Barbacks, and Waitstaff
A comprehensive reception package includes 2 bartenders at $45/hr (4-hr min), 1 barback at $40/hr (4-hr min), and 2 waitstaff servers at $40/hr (4-hr min) for tray passing and table clearing.
Setup time (1 hour) and cleanup time (1 hour) are added for each staff member at their respective hourly rates.
Clients provide all alcohol. Total estimate includes itemized staffing hours, setup/teardown time, and applicable travel fees.
