Our servers handle front-of-house guest services. Please note that we do not prepare or cook food, but we work alongside caterers to handle service details.

How many servers do I need for my event?

For buffet style dining, we generally recommend one server for every 25 to 30 guests to maintain the buffet area and clear plates. For seated, plated dinner services, we suggest one server for every 15 to 20 guests to guarantee hot food delivery and premium pacing.
