What roles can your event staff handle?
Our staff handle food service (serving buffet lines, passing appetizers, pouring table wine), clearing tables, setting up tables and chairs, and clearing out the venue. We do not cook or prepare food, but we work directly alongside your caterer to handle the front-of-house service.
How is staff attire handled?
Our standard uniform is professional black-on-black or white-on-black hospitality attire, ensuring a polished appearance appropriate for weddings, corporate meetings, and upscale private events. We can adapt to themed or casual attire for backyard events by request.
How many servers do I need for my event?
For buffet service, we suggest one server for every 25 to 30 guests to manage food lines and clear plates. For plated meals, we recommend one server for every 15 to 20 guests to ensure timely table service and guest comfort.
Do you provide staffing without bar services?
Yes. You can hire our team strictly for server support, setup assistance, hydration station monitoring, or teardown help even if you do not require a mobile bartender. We customize our packages to match your exact plan.
Are your staff employees or independent contractors?
KBS staff are trained professionals who operate under our direct oversight. All team members are covered by our worker's compensation and general liability insurance, ensuring full compliance and protection for your venue and guests.
