When should we book our wedding bar service?

We recommend booking 6 to 9 months in advance, especially for popular Southern California wedding seasons (spring and autumn). This ensures date availability and allows ample time to customize your menu and complete your beverage calculations.

Can you help customize signature cocktails for our wedding?

Yes. Creating signature cocktails is included in our consultation process. We help you design drinks that reflect your preferences, favorite spirits, and wedding theme, and we provide the exact shopping list coordinates for the ingredients.

Do you provide water and non-alcoholic drinks for the reception?

Yes. We can set up hydration stations featuring fruit-infused water, iced tea, and lemonade to keep guests refreshed. We can also provide hot coffee and tea stations for the dessert portion of the evening.

What wedding hospitality support do you offer beyond bartending?

We provide professional servers to manage dinner service, clear plates, handle tray-passed champagne, and support general setup and teardown. We work with your coordinator to maintain the flow of the reception.

Does our venue need to provide anything for the bar?
